We looked around and came across Thermalon GreenPans at Crate and Barrel http://www.crateandbarrel.com/family.aspx?c=482&amp;f=30324 We have been very impressed and it is PTFE free. I think there is even a similar brand at Target. Went with Encore ColorSpun.... 75% acrylic 25% wool. Nice and soft, easy to work with, and machine washable and can be put in the dryer on low.
